RULES FOR
| Misc [Top] |
The following rules are in effect unless the cup admin has written otherwise under "Misc info". All rules should be complied with and no arguing with the admins' words, no matter how wrong the admins are. All playpark cups are played in MR15. Looking for your opponents for 15 minutes and still have not found them, you'll win by WO (Walk Over). If the opposing team does not have all five players on the server within 15 minutes of the time the game should have started, contact an admin and give them the ip-adress and password for the server so they can control it. If they see that the team does not have all their players on the server in time, your team will be given a win by default. A knife-round will be played to decide who may choose sides. |

| Recording and demos [Top] |
All players should be able to show a demo if the cup admin, after a discussion with the opponents, requires it. Preferably in-eye demo, but HLTV demo is also allowed, no agreement has to be done about the HLTV. Prior to the game, ask wether the HLTV is recording ot not. Take a screenshot of this.
Not sending any demos will result in an immediate disqualification or loss of match. Before sending your demos to the admin, you should zip or rar them. You always have the right to a HLTV recording the match. "sv_proxies 2" should be set, letting both teams have one HLTV. HLTV delay should be set to 90 seconds as minimum. Check your delay settings by writing "status" in the console. After the match has ended, the teams are given 10 minutes to send demos, otherwise it counts like no demos exists and the team will loose. You can not request more than 3 demos from one game. |

| Pausing [Top] |
Pausing is allowed only when one player or more in a team are having technical difficulties. (For example, you can't pause the game because you need to go to the toilet.) Pausing is only allowed at the end of a round and in the freezetime. (End of the rounds means that all players of one team must be dead, AND that the bomb must have been defused if it has been planted.) If the game is intentionally paused at any other time while the game is live, the offending team will be punished with loss of rounds. Each team is entitled to pause the game a total of 15 minutes during the game, and only 10 minutes per occasion. If they require more time, they will have to ask the opposing team if that is all right. |

| Cheating [Top] |
Obviously, no kind of cheating is allowed. No third part processes affecting Counter-Strike may be run. In case of conflicts about what is considered a cheat or not a cheat, turn to the cup admin and he/she will decide. If a team cheats, their opponents will win. To make use of bugs is not considered to cheat and will result in round deduction.
Being kicked by SSC will result in immediate disqualification. Whether it's an actual cheat or self-claimed movie maker-sprites does not matter. PowerStrip is not regarded as a cheat since it is not affecting Counter-Strike itself. |

| Steam ID:s [Top] |
In cups where Steam ID:s are required, the person filling out the application form has to enter the Steam ID:s of every player who are going to participate in the cup with the team. Every player will have to use the correct Steam account while playing.
A team fielding players with the wrong Steam ID:s will be subject to disqualification, same applies to players who use the correct Steam ID:s but are using the wrong nicknames. An exception to the nickname rules can be made when you can still easily see who is playing (ie. registred as evilE, playing as evil). You are not allowed to change any Steam ID:s once the tournament is under way. Also, if there can be definite proof that a player has given his account information to someone else so that another player may play in place of him/her, the team will face disqualification. |

| Server [Top] |
Matches should be played on a server with VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) and no additional plugins. If both teams have servers and you cannot decide which one to play on, the match should be played on the server with the most even ping for both teams. If you still can't decide which server, it will be settled by a knife-round. The winning team may decide both which server you should play on and which side they want to start on. If your match ends with a draw and you're not playing in the group play phase, you will continue playing extra rounds in MR3 with startmoney 10,000, until a winner can be appointed. You can download our recommended server config here. |

| League [Top] |
If a team decides to leave the league and is not able to give a valid excuse, all Steam ID:s will be banned. You are, as a team, allowed to leave one walk-over in a season (7 matches). Teams are allowed to replace or add a maximum of two players while a season is in progress. Match days will be Mondays and Thursdays. However, if your match can't be played at Mondays, you may play it at Tuesdays, and if you can't play at Thursdays, you may play at Fridays. If you and your opponents can't decide whether to play on, for example, Monday or Tuesday, the first of those days will be the day that you play on. Matches will only be played on Tuesdays (and Fridays) if both teams agree on it. |
